OUR BACKGROUND
Indraprastha Bangiya Parishad (IPBP) is a dynamic socio-cultural organization based in the National Capital Region, dedicated to preserving and promoting Bengali heritage, traditions and community spirit. Established by a group of like-minded Bengali families, IPBP has flourished over the last 25 years as a vibrant platform that celebrates inclusivity, culture and togetherness.
While our flagship event—the grand Durga Puja—is at the heart of our identity, IPBP also organizes Kali Puja, Saraswati Puja, The Festival of Colours, Bengali New Year, Rabindra-Nazrul Sandhya, Annual Picnics and New Year’s Eve festivities. These events create a shared cultural space and strengthen the bonds among members and well-wishers.
Beyond cultural celebration, IPBP has been at the forefront of social responsibility. We have extended support during national calamities such as the Amphan cyclone and devastating floods in Bengal, provided essential aid during the COVID-19 crisis and consistently support underprivileged children by distributing books and stationery. Our blood donation camps further reflect our commitment to giving back to society.
With a strong foundation built on cultural pride and community service, IPBP continues to be a “home away from home” for Bengalis and others who share our values of compassion, tradition, and unity.

25 Yrs of Legacy, Unity and Growth
Twenty-five years is more than just a milestone—it’s a testament to the unwavering spirit, passion and dedication that define Indraprastha Bangiya Parishad (IPBP). What began as a humble initiative has, over the years, grown into a thriving community enriched by shared values, resilience and cultural pride.
Through challenges and triumphs, we have stood strong—adapting, evolving, and growing together. This incredible journey would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our devoted team, generous sponsors and cherished well-wishers. As we celebrate this silver jubilee, we honour you—the heart of our story.
It feels like just yesterday we set out on this path, driven by a collective dream. Today, we look back with gratitude and look ahead with renewed purpose.
As we step into the future, our vision remains clear: to uphold integrity, nurture relationships and continue evolving so that Brand IPBP reaches greater heights.
We invite you to walk alongside us as we begin this exciting new chapter. Together, let’s continue to grow, celebrate and make the next 25 years even more meaningful

Art & Culture
“ipbangiyaparishad” is the platform which we would also utilize as an art and cultural hub in Faridabad & Delhi NCR.
The Birth of “INDRAPRASTHA BANGIYA PARISHAD” — A Home Beyond Home
With a shared vision, a few of us Bengalis living across Faridabad and NCR came together to create IPBP—a common platform where we could connect, celebrate and truly belong.
Our dream was simple yet heartfelt: to build a space where we could gather, share laughter, exchange ideas and spend meaningful moments in a homely, welcoming atmosphere. A place where not just joys but even sorrows could be shared—because we believe that shedding a tear with a friend is far more comforting than laughing with a stranger.
‘IPBP’ aspires to be more than just a social gathering. It’s our cultural hub—a space where hidden talents are celebrated, where community-driven events come to life and where meaningful causes find a voice through camps, drives and initiatives for the greater good.
But none of this can flourish without you. If this vision resonates with you, we warmly invite you to join us in building something special. Together, let’s make ‘IPBP’ not just a forum, but our second home—a space where life, laughter and culture come alive.
